We have been saturated with your love and earnest compassion. No words can ever express what it has meant and what this means to us.
Our team has received a consistent stream of heartfelt response. Many of you in tears over the phone and in person. Your sincerity and testimonies of how Ananda has changed your lives; saved some of your lives or those of your family; and been an important part of your changing and health inspired life have equally brought us to tear-jerked humility unlike any other experience. What is there to say any more?? YOU…are AWESOME! Thank you. We have always known this.

HERE’S WHAT HAS HAPPENED
When we announced our liquidation sale, your response was so great, it caused our store’s software system to crash. The communication between orders placed and inventory was compromised. The system was unable to keep pace and update inventory per orders being placed. You experienced order issues, and we experienced the inability to know what we had to sell vs. what we had already sold.
We therefore were forced to deactivate the ability to take orders, just 36 hours after we launched the four-day sale. We apologize for those of you who had yet to place an order during the dates advertised. W had to manually conduct inventory and determine what we could fulfill of the 1500 orders that rocked the system. In the history of our tenure, we have never seen such an outpouring of response to this effect.
HERE’S WHAT YOU DID
You have ‘in effect’ tossed us a life support buoy at a time when we did not see an ability to swim the uncharted, and very stormy waters. As we disclosed previously, we have been in a wobbly financial situation. Your response to get the last of what we had, has effectively pulled us out of that rabbit hole. Can you understand now, why any expression of appreciation is ineffable? All you Ananda Angels have lifted us above water.
HERE’S WHAT WE INTEND
We are re-evaluating our next steps. We are circumstantially in limbo. We still are unable to get shipments from France (our Co-Op), of which supplies 80% of our raw goods. Therefore we are notout of the waterjust yet. As things slowly open up around the world, we are optimistic this too, shall and will pass. Therefore, we intend to take the time to get our affairs in order on all aspects. We could not be more grateful for the time to do so.
ONE FINAL SALE
We will open up the store to sales one last time, to offer what is truly left of our products and to be fair to those who were unable to purchase. Many will be pleased to find we may still have something you really want or need.
WHAT’S NEXT
We will move into the inevitable and warranted hiatus to wait things out. In this time we can conduct an internal audit of our entire operations to determine the ultimate destiny of Ananda. We have serious considerations to contemplate. We trust you understand. Furthermore, we are commanded to work with Nature right now. The 2020 Season of harvests are barely beginning to reawaken and bloom. The next batches of oils will not be distilled until June at the earliest, but not in full supply until August. The only option available to us, is to wait.
You may wonder why other companies not closing down and still have products to sell. As you know, we are small, family-run business. We do not purchase in massive drums, therefore our supply is inherently limited.
We don’t have all the answers yet, but we promise to keep you informed consistently. We have surfed this one major wave. While we’re back to the drawing board, the good news is: it’s not just black and white. 😉
