A basic concept relative to essential oils is that a little goes a long way. Adding a small percentage of eos to carrier oil(s) works very well. As an example, a 1% dilution of helichrysum has been shown to work wonders in treating old scar tissue.
ok, how can i tell the difference between carrier oils & essential oils? let me know if im wrong, base oils and carrier oils are the same, right? plants that are steamed are essential and plants that are cold pressed are carrier?
before i buy anything i want to make sure my edu is on point.
