I would suggest you try Lavender, Cypress, Juniper and/or Ginger essential oils for tired and achy feet. As emollient oils you can use whichever you like from those you mentioned. Both butters have similar properties and advantages for dry skin.
You can blend 12 essential oil drops in 1 Oz. carrier oil (melt the solid ones when you first blend them) and rub your feet after soaking them. i would suggest you add a few EO drops in your foot bath water too. That will relax your feet and yourself as well.
